What is Hypnosis

Hypnosis is about subconscious awareness enabling a conscious alteration of habitual negative beliefs.

A properly induced hypnotic trance produces the feelings of a timeless sensation similar to daydreaming whereyou're just staring and get lost in the moment. Once in this state one can access the deepest parts of the mind without judgement or emotions. Hypnosis allows the conscious mind to let go of stress, and learned response to particular events or circumstances.

The Therapeutic purpose of hypnosis is to bypass the conscious mind to access the subconscious mind where all our issues lie. Here we feed the subconscious mind positive suggestions the client is the able to change life patterns such as smoking, eating disorders of all kinds, negative thought patterns, pain management etc through hypnosis we can also regress to remember supressed memories.
